Submission Guidelines

Research Review Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies (RRJIS) invites original, unpublished research articles, review papers, case studies, and short communications across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Submissions must demonstrate academic rigor, originality, and relevance to interdisciplinary research.

2. Language & Multilingual Submissions
RRJIS accepts manuscripts in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Bengali. Authors must ensure linguistic clarity and academic style. Non-English submissions should include an abstract, keywords and author’s details in English.
3. Formatting Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 10.5, 1.15 spacing
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Headings: Use consistent heading levels (e.g., Heading 1, Heading 2)
- Page Numbers: Include in the bottom-right corner
4. APA Style Citation (7th Edition)
All citations and references must follow APA 7th edition guidelines.
In-text citation examples:
- One author: (Patel, 2020)
- Two authors: (Sen & Roy, 2022)
- Three or more authors: (Mehta et al., 2021)
Reference list examples:

5. Structure of the Manuscript
- Title Page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), ORCID, email, and corresponding author details
- Abstract: 150–250 words with 4–6 keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review (if applicable)
- Objectives/Research Questions
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA 7th)
- Appendices (if any)
6. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations
- All figures/tables must be clearly labeled and numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2)
- Provide a brief caption and cite the source if adapted from another work
- Embed figures/tables in the manuscript at appropriate locations
7. Plagiarism and Originality
- Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
- A Turnitin plagiarism report (or similar) with a similarity index ≤10%
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the content
8. AI Usage Declaration
If AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) were used during manuscript preparation, authors must clearly disclose this in the "Acknowledgment" or "Methods" section. AI-generated content must not exceed 15%.
9. Submission Process
- Manuscripts can be submitted using SUBMISSIONS tab on website.
- You can also send manuscripts via email to editor.rrjis@rrjournals.in
- Include a cover letter stating the type of submission, declaration of originality, and conflict of interest (if any)
10. Peer Review Process
RRJIS follows a double-blind peer review process. The identity of both authors and reviewers is kept confidential. The review process usually takes 4–6 weeks.
11. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright
- All articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) license
- Authors must grant RRJIS a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work
12. Author Responsibilities
- Ensure ethical compliance and proper citation
- Disclose all sources of funding or conflict of interest
- Cooperate with editorial decisions and revise as required
